Delivery of Documents: If you have requested some market research or translation work, we will first email you an extract from the information in an Adobe Acrobat PDF file. If you are satisfied with the work, we will then provide the complete document. These documents are password protected for your security, as well as ours. We will give you the passwords upon payment for the service.

Delivery of Products: If we are buying a product for you, we will arrange for the delivery to your door, by your preferred means of shipment. When the product is sent, we will email you a copy of the dispatch receipt. Generally, we will need to receive payment for the goods before we can organize delivery.

How to Pay: Upon completion of your request, we will send you an invoice. You can pay by BPAY bank transfer direct to our Australian account. We do not currently accept any other methods of payment.
